Beginner
The foundation of all chess understanding. Students master rules, basic tactical patterns, and the principles that underpin everything that follows.

How Every Session Works
Every ReelChess session follows the same four-part structure. Students always apply what they learn in the same session it is taught.
- Theory and Strategy, 20 to 40 minutes, openings, tactics, endgames
- Guided Game Play, 20 to 60 minutes, supervised practical games
- Puzzle and Problem Solving, 15 to 30 minutes, pattern recognition
- Review and Reflection, 5 to 10 minutes, game analysis and recap
